Job Title: Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Design and create a suite of automated tests that are stable, reusable, and maintainable across domains and systems in an end-to-end capacity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the scope of manual and automated testing required, and develop user documentation and artefacts.
  • Action and evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
  • Support the design of automation test strategies aligned to business or programme goals, and apply testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle and mandatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in automated testing, particularly from an Agile development or CI/CD environment.
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and design solutions, coupled with the ability to develop complex automation code.
  • A good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience working in an Agile team, relating everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature.
  • Experience in end-to-end and automation testing using the latest tools as recommended by the enterprise tooling framework, designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
