Actio Service Provider Pvt Ltd is a leading organization seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team in Karnataka, India.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting: Achieve sales targets and manage expenses effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the field sales sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- A valid 2-wheeler license.
- A minimum education level of 12th grade.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package including:
- An estimated take-home salary of ₹18,000 per month.
- A petrol allowance of ₹2,000 per month.
- A weekly incentive up to ₹3,000.
This role is based in various locations across Karnataka, including Mysore, Mandya, Davanagere, Shivamogga, Coorg, Mangalore, Tumkur, Chitradurga, Belgam, Hubbli, and Dharwad.
