We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Professional to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for internal hiring across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department-specific needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Source candidates using diverse channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
  4. Screen resumes and short-list potential candidates based on required qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  5. Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR recruitment, particularly in internal or corporate recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media recruiting strategies.
  • Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, and capable of engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
