Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up We find incredible students and give them the working capital training and support to build the business at their schools We have 500 students who will do over 20 million in sales over the next 12 months Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue You ll do this by working directly on sourcing qualifying and converting leads into Campus Managers How do we get more Campus Managers How do we create a process that helps us source qualify and convert talented students into Campus Managers at a fast rate How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints As a Campus Recruitment Intern you will tackle those questions and many more You ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager whom you ll report to We re looking for someone willing to take ownership has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is proactive The ideal candidate should have great people skills and or sales recruiting experience One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel You ll be directly responsible for that Needless to say you ll grow as Fresh Prints grows This is the perfect role for someone early in their Recruiting Sales Growth careers You ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot develop professionally and have a big impact Responsibilities Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals Screen potential CM candidates Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics Coordinate with our interview training teams Requirements Exceptional oral and written communication skills Fluency in English is a must Great interpersonal and people skills LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred Detail-oriented and meticulous with work Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects Can join us from 15th May 2024 for a period of 1 month Personal Attributes Proactive In love with challenges solving problems Goal-oriented ambitious dedicated to a long-term vision Open to change Calm under pressure Compensation Benefits Monthly Stipend of 200 Learning Opportunities Working in a great culture Job Location This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India Working Hours Working hours are Monday - Friday 7 30 PM - 4 30 AM IST Fresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes diversity actively encouraging people of all backgrounds ages LGBTQ and those with disabilities to apply Fresh Prints
