Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to manage store and vendor relations, customer communications, and product merchandising across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have an eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure our products are always presented in the most appealing and consistent way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with retail partners and vendors to ensure smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the brand aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and messaging apps.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
