Main Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our brand during on-ground events, society activations, and pop-up experiences
• Engage with potential customers and communicate our story with enthusiasm and charm
• Coordinate setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city
• Capture customer feedback and generate leads from offline interactions
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when most events take place

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups
• A confident communicator who thrives in high-energy, people-facing roles
• Comfortable working in flexible slots and traveling within Bangalore
• Passionate about marketing, customer interaction, and startup environments
