About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality performance of our applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and infrastructure to identify performance testing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance test strategies and plans.
- Design, develop, and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools like Load Runner and JMeter.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with development and business stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure project success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Performance Testing expertise with experience in designing and executing performance tests.
- Proficiency in Loading Runner and JMeter with the ability to develop and maintain complex test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
