About Performance Testing

We're seeking a skilled Performance Tester to ensure high-quality software applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests using tools like NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools.
  • Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement performance testing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in performance testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing with a strong focus on tool automation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools: NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets).
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance validation.
  • Good understanding of OS-level performance monitoring (Linux, Windows).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of shift-left performance testing practices and early performance feedback.
