Job Title: Quality Control Lead

Job Description:

As a Quality Control Lead, you will oversee end-to-end quality control operations for all production units, ensuring global quality standards are maintained and elevated.

You will design, develop, and implement advanced quality control frameworks incorporating modern technology and tools to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating quality parameters at every stage of production, conducting root cause analysis for quality deviations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and merchandising, to maintain and elevate global quality standards.

A key responsibility is to manage and develop high-performing QC teams, requiring expertise in problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Other responsibilities include proficiency in technology-driven quality control processes, tools, and systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

For this role, we require a minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in jewellery quality control and production processes.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Jewellery Design, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in quality management and hands-on experience with modern QC tools and software.

Additionally, knowledge of global jewellery standards and regulations is necessary.
