Job Role: Assistant Manager

  • A key aspect of this position is to lead a team of 5-7 members, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of RTA operations, encompassing both listed and unlisted sectors, as well as SLAs and timelines defined for RTA activities as per the Master Circular issued by SEBI.
  • Responsibilities include managing all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  • The candidate should have exposure to unlisted equity admission, including SME/Main board IPO.
  • Coordinating with clients to resolve queries related to corporate actions and admissions will also be a vital part of the role.
  • This position involves close coordination with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes and SEBI as well.
  • Frequent replenishment of job-specific knowledge and its application are essential skills for this role.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a commerce background with a strong understanding of RTA operations.

Post-graduation is desirable.

6-7 years' experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms would be advantageous.
