Hands-On Systems Architect Lead

We are looking for a Senior Technical Leader to join our team and lead the design, development, and scaling of our messaging platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder on a profitable and growing SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the engineering team in designing, building, and scaling high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
- Work closely with the founder to plan and execute technical roadmaps, new features, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 99.9% uptime, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
- Mentor and build a lean team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
- 6-8 years of experience in leading backend and API-heavy systems.
- Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL and exposure to Node.js/Go/Python.
- Experience with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, and load balancing.
- Prior startup or leadership experience preferred.
