
Lead Support Assistant

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Arrange local and international travel, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office administration, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain registers such as office supplies, inward/outward, and correspondence.
- Financial Management: Manage and maintain admin-related books of accounts.
- Guest House Management: Ensure the maintenance and management of Company Guest House.
- Schedule Organization: Manage and prioritize schedules and appointments of Senior Executives.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize team events.
- Reporting: Prepare timely presentations/proposals/data sheets as assigned.
- Reporting: Provide timely, concise, and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in prescribed formats.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role preferably from the Hospitality or Travel industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
