Job Description:

As a Data Analyst and Specialist, you will be responsible for adding, updating, and classifying information in our proprietary database, ensuring high quality and accuracy. You will also be involved in data transfer from French documents into the database, interacting with clients via written and verbal communication, and maintaining confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add/update information in the database, classified and categorized appropriately
  • Ensure quality of information is free from error
  • Coding: Classify information under defined categories for easy referencing
  • Data Transfer: Transfer confidential candidate and company information from French documents into the database
  • Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with clients regarding queries (80% written / 20% verbal)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent French language skills (French to English and vice versa)
  • Strong client focus, understanding client requirements and prioritizing their needs
  • Self-management, ability to manage responsibilities and be accountable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and judgment, ability to understand problems accurately and respond quickly
  • Result orientation, driven by quality and efficiency
  • Computer knowledge, proficient in MS Office and email etiquette
  • Education: Graduate degree required
  • Experience: Work experience in similar or related roles, preferably in BPO/KPO industry (non-voice based process)
