Project Management Expert

Brief Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Expert to lead our project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. This role requires effective planning, monitoring, and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Objectives:

  • Oversight of the entire project lifecycle including scope, budget, and schedule management
  • Ensuring deliverables are met and exceeding customer expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans using SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
  • Agile Program Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and utilize Jira and GitLab for epic, story, and progress tracking
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Cloud & DevOps Awareness: Coordinate projects involving public cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies
  • Reporting & Governance: Deliver consistent status reports to leadership highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project KPIs and milestones

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong command of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Jira
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

PMI certification (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage
