Project Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope and agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborating with consultants, developers, QA, and clients to ensure effective execution.
  • Proactively managing risks and resolving project roadblocks with agility.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zoho modules such as Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, Creator, Inventory, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, automation, and workflow design using Zoho tools.
  • Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and custom module development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
