Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time BIM specialist to play a key role in the digital delivery and integration of projects. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and excellent skills to lead the development and maintenance of BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and other project documentation.

  • Oversee the use of BIM for project coordination.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflow, protocols, and standards within the MEP project team.
  • Understand client requirements and analyze/ implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Provide primary technical support for BIM-related queries.
  • Liaise with BIM specialists, modelers, leads, and managers.
  • Manage Revit project production and contents, including Standard Library objects.
  • Develop expertise in family creation and modelling.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modeler.
  • Ensure quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation.
  • Perform QA/QC before deliverables.
  • Offer one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct project studies and explain to modelers.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients regarding project-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience using Navis for coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
