Seeking an accomplished Project Lead with extensive experience in the Life Sciences domain to oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT project planning, execution, and delivery within the Life Sciences sector, encompassing areas like R&D, Clinical Trials, Regulatory, Manufacturing, or Commercial Operations.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while adhering to GxP, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Commercial) to translate requirements into IT solutions.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, SaaS providers, and offshore teams.
  • Apply knowledge of Life Sciences processes, such as Clinical Development, Regulatory Submissions, Serialization, Supply Chain, and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, including Digital Health, AI/ML in Drug Discovery, and Real-World Evidence.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and ICH-GCP.
  • Drive validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for regulated systems.
  • Lead and mentor teams (developers, analysts, QA) and foster Agile/DevOps practices.
  • Optimize delivery processes using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
