Life Sciences Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of IT projects in the life sciences domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the life sciences sector, guaranteeing scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards are met (compliance with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR as required).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective IT solutions and manage relationships with third-party vendors, SaaS providers, and offshore teams.
  • Apply knowledge of life sciences processes and stay up-to-date on industry trends to drive digital transformation in areas like R&D, Clinical Trials, Regulatory, Manufacturing, or Commercial Operations.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, ICH-GCP) and drive validation for regulated systems.
  • Mentor teams and foster Agile/DevOps practices to optimize delivery processes using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with systems such as Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, LabVantage, or Medidata Rave.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and compliance frameworks, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
