Project Coordination Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordination specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews bill of materials, project schedules, and forecasts for accuracy.
  • Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.
  • Ensures methodologies, processes, tools, and systems are used throughout the project and compliance requirements are met.
  • Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project, including engineering, coordination, construction, quality control, etc., to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 17 years of experience, including 10 years of relevant supervisory, project management, and technical experience.
  • Workshare experience and EPC project experience, particularly in FPSO Offshore LNG projects.
  • Desirable experience includes EPCM and EPC projects, as well as site assignments.
