Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow processes.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure timely accounting closure and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and statutory records.
  • Coordinate accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Produce MIS reports for management and investors.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
