- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lender and partner relationships to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
- They will also lead go-to-market and growth initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
- In addition, they will design and implement underwriting and risk frameworks to minimize credit risk.
- This person will own P&L responsibility to ensure financial stability and growth.
- They will oversee technology and operations to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate communication, sales channels, and business volumes.
- Responsibilities will include market landscape analysis, process optimization, and business model development.
- Liaising with lending partners to ensure smooth flow of operations, policies, and expectation setting will also be required.
- Developing and maintaining reporting and application systems to facilitate information exchange with stakeholders is crucial.
- The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in digital lending, fintech product management, or NBFC/BANK credit roles, preferably with a focus on SME or unsecured loan verticals.
- Demonstrated understanding of market segmentation and proven track record in lender P&L creation, partner revenue-share negotiation, and scaling is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in underwriting policy design, credit scoring models, and portfolio risk management are necessary.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills are required.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent; background in finance or strategy preferred.
