Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Renew contracts, including office leases.
  • Oversee tasks such as welcoming guests, maintaining cleanliness, and managing vendors.
  • Ensure administrative spending stays within budget.
  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
  • Coordinate new joiner onboarding, including i-cards, visiting cards, and laptops.
  • Organize training and ensure training trackers are completed.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Manage HR-related activities, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Tie up with external agencies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics.
  • Manage the Rewards & Recognition program.
  • Organize fun activities and quarterly get-togethers.
  • Manage the housekeeping team.
  • Handle queries and grievances.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience in managing sites is necessary.
  • Both HR and admin experience is highly desirable.
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience using spreadsheets.
  • Organizational skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
