Job Title: Front Office Executive

At TGB Banquets and Hotels Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties, including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, answering telephone calls, and screening and forwarding calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant audit parameters and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Assisting in planning and implementing procedures for special events and functions held at the sales centre or alternate venue.
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of company procedures, policies, and rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Punctuality, courtesy, helpfulness, teamwork, and discipline in all guest areas and ethical behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
