The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial systems, implementing enterprise resource planning solutions, and building data visualization dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced data visualizations for management information systems, financial performance, and operational key performance indicators.
  • Lead or support enterprise resource planning implementation projects and ensure seamless integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, management information systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
