Program Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our EdTech programs.

Your expertise in managing students, mentors, and operational processes will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate student batches from onboarding to successful completion, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Maintain accurate timelines and track progress, making timely interventions when needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team, fostering open communication.
  • Monitor student engagement, identify potential issues, and provide support to prevent dropouts.
  • Collaborate with mentors to deliver high-quality sessions and optimize their performance.
  • Establish and refine post-sales processes to enhance the student journey.
  • Analyze key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS) to inform program improvements.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to elevate overall experience.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth program execution.
Requirements:
  • Must have prior experience in EdTech program management, specifically overseeing students, mentors, and operational processes.
  • Track record of effectively solving operational challenges through structured solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
