**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic relationship development specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering our products and services that best fit their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand the needs and requirements of our customers, and offer them our products and services that meet their needs.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system.
- Manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
