Job Title: Financial Operations ManagerA highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager is required to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Analysis
The role involves overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports, leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies, conducting cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.Accounting & Compliance
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
This includes managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensuring timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process
The Finance Manager will lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial targets. They will prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making and identify potential financial risks and opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  • 4-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP/technology tools
