Job Title: Fiscal Finance Manager As a Fiscal Finance Manager, you will oversee the organization's financial operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions. You will be responsible for reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Plan, assign, and review staff's work
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP principles
  • Liaise with our Financial Controllers to improve financial procedures
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) will be preferred
  • General computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Accounting tools: Should be familiar with accounting software packages, like Xero, QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate multitasking capacity
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be highly organized in document management with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Must be responsible, reliable, a great team player, and positive under any circumstances
