Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Wizaltia HR Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
  • Work Environment: Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Expense Management: Manage store expenses and maintain budgetary control.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with head office and other departments as necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Retail Operations: Strong understanding of retail operations and financial management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Analysis: Ability to analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Performance Track Record: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in retail management or leadership a plus.
  • Customer Service Principles: Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Labor Laws: Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
