Strategic Performance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Performance Manager to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Optimization: Develop and track key performance metrics to enhance business productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS): Implement structured problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex issues affecting operational excellence.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development & Tracking: Define, set up, and track critical business KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • KPI Monitoring: Regularly analyze and monitor OEE, OTIF, Yield, COPQ, FTPR, and 6S implementation, ensuring compliance and visibility.
  • Performance Review & Reporting: Support daily and weekly tiered meetings for performance tracking, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Training Management: Document and record training records for employees, ensuring compliance and visibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Educate workers on kaizens, collect and validate kaizens from across teams, and implement improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in operational excellence, process improvement, data analysis, or performance tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, communication, and reporting skills.
