We are seeking an experienced Assembly Process Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in virtual manufacturing assembly process planning using MPlanner or Wplanner, Excel sheets, PPT, and other software tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating sequence of operations (SOE), time element, operation method sheet (OMS), SOP, and work instruction.

The selected individual will create manufacturing layouts and detailing layouts, operator instructions with pictorial representation.

A strong understanding of IE standards such as time study, work-study, and line balancing with factory exposure is required.

MOST or any other industrial engineering software exposure is an added advantage.

The candidate should be able to validate products/assembly with respect to torque selection/specification, tool accessibility, DFMA, DFA, DFM, PFMEA, etc.

Knowledge of human factor ergonomic industry guidelines is necessary.

A strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and tools is also required.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to CAD tools, Team center - Vis view, Vis Mockup, AutoCAD/FCAD.

Good English communication skills and the ability to handle projects independently with minimal guidance are essential.

BASIC MS Office tools proficiency is a must.
