Job Title: Process Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to fill the role of Process Engineering Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for internal and external product rejections
  • Respond to customer complaints and draft Corrective Action Preventive Actions reports
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent warranty-related failures
Required Technical Skills:
  • Setup and calibration of Surface Mount Technology test machines and Printed Circuit Board Assembly
  • End-of-line Assembly and Poka-Yoke implementation expertise
  • Kaizen and 7 Quality Control tools knowledge
Essential Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency in work
  • Commitment to high ethical standards

To succeed, candidates should hold a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering and have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant industry experience.
