Job Title: Virtual Manufacturing Engineering Engineer is responsible for planning and coordinating the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that production meets quality, efficiency, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering, including process feasibility studies, tooling design, and automation setup. They should also be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 6Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct process feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
3. Design and implement automation systems to improve productivity and reduce costs.
4. Develop and maintain documentation, including APQP and PPAP files.
5. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of quality plans.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
7. Manage and control the procurement of raw materials, tools, and fixtures.
8. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing process engineering or related field.
3. Experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 6Sigma, Kaizen methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
