Job Description: Billing Executive

This role is responsible for managing the billing process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, verifying customer accounts, and reconciling payments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 0-6 months of experience in billing
  • Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Billing and Invoicing:
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for sales transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing.
Order Processing:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for invoicing.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and maintain order records.
Payment Processing:
  • Monitor and track customer payments.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Customer Communication:
  • Address customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Documentation:
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing documentation.
  • Prepare reports on billing activities as required.
Compliance:
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
