Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the universe management process, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

This role will involve leading a team in managing large datasets, with attention to quality, accuracy, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a deep understanding of research data ecosystems and third-party databases.

  • Lead and manage the universe management team across all facets of data creation, maintenance, and delivery.
  • Ensure all lists meet project requirements in terms of accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and standard operating workflows for data creation and maintenance.
  • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to team performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic quality audits and address gaps through targeted interventions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align data-related processes with broader project timelines and goals.
  • Oversee the use of external databases like ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, and others to source, validate, and enrich contact data.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and scale data management processes where feasible.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and drive performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with databases such as ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets, with attention to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering on-time and within quality benchmarks.
  • Ability to define and manage KPIs, using data to drive accountability and performance.
  • Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
