About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving process reengineering activities and supporting our consultants and engagement leaders in delivering technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the engagement lead in carrying out process reengineering activities
  • Support the consultants and engagement leaders in the as-is assessment, future state design, CBA, and formulating the transformation roadmap & solution themes
  • Program manage the whole delivery cycle of the technology solutions
  • Gather business requirements for the delivery/automation/analytics teams to work and document them comprehensively in a Business Requirements Document (BRD)
  • Create test plans and UAT in conjunction with the business operations and solution requirements
  • Host regular cadence (Scrum calls) with the development teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Work with operations to identify defects in the solutions and ensure resolution with the Technology teams
  • Progress updates to the leadership on the development cycle
  • Manage the product backlog on Jira and ensure projects are setup on PPMO. Guarantee delivery timelines are met
  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity on Jira and PPMO to ensure proper billing to the projects
  • Accountable for ensuring necessary artifacts such as CBA, BRD, tech feasibility are available and uploaded on Jira

Requirements:



  • An MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience implementing technology solutions such as automation, AI/ML/GenAI
  • Experience managing cross-functional project teams including creating a Business Requirement Document, driving project update calls with senior stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks to delivery to achieve timely completion of project milestones
  • Experience working with Jira, PPM Optics, and other project management tools
