As a key member of our organization, the Sales and Operations Planning Team Lead plays a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing operations. This position requires strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory) as well as proven team leadership and people management experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive S&OP plans to drive business objectives and optimize operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business results and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder management.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading S&OP function with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory).
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus.
