Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full product lifecycle from development to market launch, utilizing advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Present interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.

With experience working in pharma, you will leverage longitudinal real-world patient datasets to solve use cases such as forecasting, brand performance tracking, and prescriber targeting.

A proven solutioning mindset is essential for this role. You must be able to engage directly with clients, unpack requirements, and own the problem-solving path.

Strong client communication skills are also required, including running stakeholder meetings and presenting insights.

The ideal candidate will have technical excellence in advanced SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI.

Additionally, a healthcare analytics background with real-world/claims/EMR data is necessary, along with comfort with clinical context and a quick learning ability for unfamiliar disease areas.
