Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Lead

We seek a strategic and experienced lead to drive the implementation of Microsoft D365 solutions, including CRM and Power Platform.

This role will focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements.
  • Understanding of the Indian business landscape.
