Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Product Development Manager

  • This role oversees the preparation and execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Ops BD for scouting new products from various TPMs based on provided lists.
  • Collaborate with BU Finance to determine product margins and manage global NPI processes through E2E portals.
  • Support site and product screening for QA and regulatory compliance, ensuring transfer prices are arranged, and CAPA follow-ups are conducted.
  • Assist TPMs in obtaining product manufacturing licenses, arranging product licenses, and completing technical dossiers for QA/Regulatory/Medical reviews.
  • Oversee artwork design and development activities, coordinating with Legal Marketing for brand name approvals, Regulatory for Rule 96 compliance, Medical for PIL design rationalization, and Quality for overall labeling compliance.
  • Determine batch sizes with Ops BD and TPMs based on sales and physician sample projections, finalizing raw material and packaging specifications in consultation with Quality/Regulatory/Tech Ops.
  • Manage first three months' supplies of NPI for two years and resolve product complaints in consultation with TPM/Ops BD/RA/QA.
People Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff while managing cross-functional alignments and working closely with TPM/CFT for product compliance.
