**Product Development Manager Job Description**

As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying key therapy areas and products to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on complex generics, FTF opportunities in the US and OAM markets.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the identification of key therapy areas and products
  • Track products from the current US and EU pipeline for dosage extensions and alternate dosage forms
  • Suggest products for In-Licensing where in-house manufacturing is not feasible
  • Prepare and maintain business cases and prioritize projects based on inputs from R&D, manufacturing, network strategies, IP, and commercial teams

**Requirements:**

  • B Pharm, M Pharm, or MBA with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulations
  • Min 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or pharma consulting industry
  • Strong business acumen, drug development knowledge, and compliance management skills
  • Excellent execution focus, strategic orientation, people developer, accountability, and collaboration skills
