Our freelance talent network comprises senior, consultative individuals who partner with us on pre-sales activities and short-term projects lasting up to six weeks with potential extensions. You will shape and deliver high-impact GenAI solutions, taking ownership from conception to deployment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.">
  3. Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.">
  4. Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.">
  5. Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.">
  6. Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.">
  7. Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.">
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.">
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.">
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.">
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.">
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker or Google Vertex AI.">
  • Prior experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with external clients.">
  • Comfort with the dynamic nature of short-term PoC projects where requirements may evolve.">
