Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced software development leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our technology by driving innovative solutions and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interactive software demonstrations that showcase our platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to understand our product features and modules.
  • Design and develop tools to simplify demo configurations for sales teams.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our platform's technical architecture, integration possibilities, and underlying technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during development.
  • Provide guidance to the Sales team in creating custom sales demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software development.
  • Mandatory certifications in ServiceNow (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist CSM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (Scripting, JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, Glide API).
  • Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and third-party integrations.
  • Strong familiarity with our platform, especially the Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
