Job Title: Software Development Leader About the Role: 

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Python and Java, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying REST APIs in production environments.

 

The successful candidate will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. They will also have exposure to databases like Solr (for search and indexing) and Delta (Delta Lake for data lake management), with practical experience in querying.

 

Additionally, they will have experience leading software development projects and mentoring team members, as well as proficiency in version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust software systems with a focus on building REST APIs.
  • Lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain database systems, including Solr and Delta.
  • Implement version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
 Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with databases, machine learning, and generative AI.
