Job Role: Digital Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional to lead our digital growth efforts. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in scaling D2C brands through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
    • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C brands.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website CRO.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV.
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
