Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our global team of appointment setters focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects.

  • Manage a team of meeting setters to drive high-quality meeting pipelines for the sales team.
  • Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor team KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate) and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  • Train and mentor appointment setters to maintain consistent messaging, quality conversations, and high team morale.
