AV Professional

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and live event production.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage, support, and maintain complex AV systems for seamless meeting and event operations.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems).
• Live Event Support
• Support presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls with minimal technical issues.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve AV system problems in real-time with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations.

• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of AV systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure.
• Proficiency in video conferencing platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Webex.
• Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems.
• Experience
• Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology.
• Support NOC, board rooms, cafeterias, training & reception.
• Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments.
