Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or business development in fintech, payments, or PSPs.

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new merchants, building and managing a qualified pipeline of prospects, executing strategic outreach, and delivering tailored product demos.
  • Candidates should have a proven track record in high-risk merchant acquisition, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of MID structuring and scheme compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To identify and onboard new merchants with high potential for growth.
  2. To build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  3. To deliver compelling product demonstrations that meet the needs of prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales or BD experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, or acquiring.
  • Proven track record in high-risk merchant acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of MID structuring, chargeback ratios, and scheme compliance.

Nice to Have:

  • Network in iGaming, Forex, or Crypto sectors.
  • Previous experience working with high-risk acquirers or offshore banks.
  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS, 3DS, KYC/AML, and fraud tech.
