Job Opportunity: Visa Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visa Executive to join our team. As a Visa Executive, you will be responsible for handling visitor inquiries, providing consultation services, and facilitating communication with clients and relevant authorities on visa matters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of visa processes, and a strong understanding of the tourism industry. You will also possess the ability to work well in a team and independently, with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide consultation services on visa matters.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and relevant authorities on visa-related issues.
  • Assist clients in completing and submitting required paperwork for visa purposes.
  • Prepare and thoroughly check lists of documents required for visa applications.
  • Enter visa applications onto the system.
  • Provide friendly service and build professional relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of visa processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
