Visa Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
">- Understand clients' travel requirements and gather information through relevant questions.
- Answer emails and telephone queries related to travel and visa.
- Assist clients with required paperwork and document preparation for visa purposes.
- Prepare and thoroughly check lists of documents needed for visa applications.
- Help clients secure appointments for submitting visa applications, including mobile biometrics and the entire application process.
- Enter visa applications onto the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Preferrably a degree in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
Working as a Visa Executive involves handling visitor queries, providing consultation services, and facilitating communication with clients and relevant authorities on visa matters.
